Hey Guys
I just got a scrapped NEAX 2000 IPS from a company and was just working on it to see how it functions. I;m new to PBX and wanted to learn more. I figured out the line card and the Dterm phone card on the PIM. I am even able to setup 2 phones and talk to each other.
The problem I am having is with the trunk line.
When I dial in from outside into the PBX system it works. But when I want to make an outgoing call, if I dial the outside number all I get is an engaged tone.
I have to also tell you that the Dterm series i phone that the company gave me has a faulty LCD screen so I cant even go to program it. Can anyone help to tell me why I can't make outgoing calls?

Matworx studio 3.61 download ??
does anyone know a place where you can download the matworx studio version 3.61 software? we are in a dilemma here. our computer that we use for the MAT here at the hospital, its motherboard got fried. and of course there is no chance in getting a motherboard replacement, i checked the hard drive and its starting to go too. its over 12 years old.
we found the floppy disk for the configuration but of course its not recognized when we try to view the contents via floppy drive. and we cannot find the cd that was used to install the software. all of this was setup before i got here, and we believe it was done by an outside company.
like i said, we are desperate. any help would be greatly appreciated!!! thank you..
